Our embroidered crewnecks are made using the Gildan Heavy Blend™ Crewneck Sweatshirt 18000 — a cozy 50% cotton / 50% polyester fleece with a classic unisex fit. Basically: soft, cozy, and perfectly suited for inappropriate embroidery.

Our Gildan Heavy Blend™ crewnecks have a classic unisex fit. Choose your usual size for a classic sweatshirt fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down. Want that relaxed, oversized, stole-it-from-someone-but-it's-definitely-mine-now look? Size up. Because each piece is made to order and all sales are final, please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

Don't guess — grab your favorite sweatshirt. Lay it flat on a table and measure straight across the chest from armpit to armpit (that's your width), then from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem (that's your length). Compare those measurements to our size chart. If your favorite sweatshirt measures about 24" across and 28" long, a Large should give you a similar fit. That's much more useful than trying to translate unisex sizing into women's dress sizes. Going for oversized? Your regular size = classic unisex fit. Size up 1 = relaxed and roomier. Size up 2 = intentionally oversized. Fit preferences vary, so we always recommend comparing garment measurements with a sweatshirt you already love.

We work hard to represent every piece as accurately as possible. Because your sweatshirt is individually embroidered, slight variations in placement may occur. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. A tiny variation doesn't make her defective. It makes her yours.

They sure are, darling. Each Darling, Behave piece is made to order, which means your sweatshirt isn't sitting around waiting for someone to love it. Once you place your order, it heads into production and is embroidered just for you. Because of this, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Because orders are made to order and may move into production quickly, changes and cancellations aren't guaranteed once an order has been placed. If you realize you've made a mistake, email hello@darlingbehave.com as quickly as possible with your order number. If production hasn't begun, we'll see what we can do. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation.

Email hello@darlingbehave.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to redirect it. So maybe give that address one last glance before hitting Pay Now, darling.

Darling, Behave works with a professional production and fulfillment partner to embroider and ship our made-to-order pieces. Your shopping experience, order, and customer service remain with Darling, Behave. If you ever have a question about an order, contact hello@darlingbehave.com rather than contacting our production partner.

Each Darling, Behave piece is made to order. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. After shipment, most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 2–7 business days. Once it leaves us, you'll receive tracking information so you can obsessively check its whereabouts. We don't judge.

We'll email you. Once your order has been fulfilled and tracking is available, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information at the email address used during checkout.

Not yet, darling. Darling, Behave currently ships within the United States only. We'd love to expand the Society eventually, so stay tuned.

Yes. Because our pieces are made to order, all sales are final — except when there is an issue with the item or order that qualifies for resolution under our Refund & Return Policy. Please review our Refund & Return Policy before ordering.

Because each Darling, Behave piece is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind purchases. Please double-check the size chart before ordering. We know measuring yourself isn't nearly as fun as buying the sweatshirt, but future you will appreciate the effort.

That's different — and we absolutely want to know about it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive something different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@darlingbehave.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review it and work with you according to our Refund & Return Policy.

She's low maintenance, but not no maintenance. Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Use mild detergent and tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Do not bleach or dry clean, and never iron directly over the embroidery. If needed, iron the garment inside out on low heat. We also recommend avoiding fabric softener when possible. Treat her nicely. She's got enough attitude already.

Some designs may return. Some may disappear into the Darling, Behave archives forever. If something you love is unavailable, join the Society and follow @darlingbehave to hear about restocks, new drops, and other questionable decisions before everyone else.
